Description
Zoox is hiring a Manager of Vehicle Technicians to lead the Vehicle Technician team and support maintenance and repair operations for its Zoox L3 and VH6 vehicle fleets. The role manages cross-functional relationships, mentors and develops direct reports, forecasts team growth, improves processes and KPIs, reduces vehicle downtime, oversees crew and vehicle-supply budgets, and enforces environmental, health, and safety policies. Candidates need at least 8 years of transportation industry experience, including fleet or maintenance management, and 5 years managing teams of 10 or more across multiple projects. The position includes a base salary range, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, and health insurance.
