Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine is hiring a Veterinary Technician Manager to oversee veterinary technicians and assistants in the Clinical Sciences Department. The role supervises four certified lead veterinary technicians, six certified veterinary technicians, and twenty veterinary assistants across large- and small-animal teaching, clinical skills, surgery, and the Ross University Veterinary Clinic. Responsibilities include managing training, continuing education, performance reviews, scheduling, timekeeping, budgeting, purchasing, recruitment, technician allocation, and support for teaching and clinical animal care. The position requires seven years of small- or large-animal clinical practice experience, Microsoft Office experience, veterinary technical knowledge, leadership experience, and flexibility for after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency cover.
