Macy’s is hiring a Manager, Visual Merchandising to enhance the customer experience through creative merchandise presentations, seasonal fashion displays, and three-dimensional visual merchandising. The role coordinates with Style Merchandise Managers, refreshes style and outfit presentations, analyzes business reports, ensures promotional and merchandise accuracy, manages fixture and merchandise moves, trains and recruits visual talent, and guides store management on merchandising standards. The position requires retail visual merchandising expertise, leadership, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.
