PMMG Process Solutions is hiring a Manager (w/m/d) Process Intelligence & Business Transformation to lead data-driven transformation programs for leading companies. The role combines executive advisory, complex project leadership, customer development, team coaching, solution and partnership development, and thought leadership across process intelligence, process mining, ERP systems, data analytics, and business transformation. It requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong process and business-value expertise, leadership and communication skills, and fluent German and English.
