TruWest Credit Union is hiring a Wealth Management Manager to lead and oversee Wealth Management advisors and administrators in Arizona and Texas, with some travel required. The role manages relationships with RIA and broker-dealer partners, supports financial education and training, oversees compliance and operational activities, develops business opportunities, prepares department budgets, analyzes business data, and represents the department in Credit Union initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal certification, five to eight years of similar or related experience, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of Salesforce and other platforms. The starting salary is $107,711.69, with final compensation dependent on experience and qualifications.
