Description

Netskope is hiring a Manager, Web & UX to own the global B2B SaaS website vision, roadmap, user experience, and conversion performance. The role combines AI automation, LLM answer-engine optimization, demand generation, experimentation, composable or headless CMS strategy, design-to-production leadership, and cross-functional web operations. Candidates need at least five years of B2B SaaS web strategy, management, or UX experience, along with expertise in Figma, modern CMS platforms, A/B and multivariate testing, analytics, and agency or vendor management. The position offers a national salary range of $72,500 to $147,000 USD and may include bonus and stock award opportunities.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a communications-related field, or equivalent work experience
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of B2B SaaS web strategy, management, or UX experience with conversion-focused websites
Experience leading major site redesigns, replatforming, or CMS migrations
Hands-on experience with modern composable or headless CMS platforms
Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize web operations and production workflows
Experience with Answer Engine Optimization and AI search visibility
Experience with Figma prototyping and design-to-development handoffs
Experience running structured A/B and multivariate testing programs with GA4 and Looker
Experience with cross-functional marketing collaboration, agency or vendor management, budget forecasting, and scalable component systems
