Description
Best Buddies International is hiring a Manager, Work-Based Learning to oversee internships and other work-based learning opportunities for adolescents and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role coordinates curriculum, job exploration, workplace readiness, employer partnerships, onboarding, job coaching, progress assessments, and post-placement reflection; manages a caseload and case records; supports fundraising, marketing, reporting, and program accreditation; and requires local or regional travel, evening and weekend availability, and access to an automobile. The position reports to a State Director, Area Director, or Director, Operations & Programs, has no direct reports, and offers a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000.
