Description
BDO is hiring a Workday Manager to lead end-to-end Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation engagements across the full project lifecycle. The role manages project plans, budgets, resources, governance, risks, scope, quality, client relationships, executive communications, multidisciplinary teams, and sales pursuits, while contributing to BDO’s Workday practice. Candidates need at least seven years of enterprise technology transformation experience, Workday or comparable cloud HCM implementation experience, comprehensive project management experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. The expected annual compensation is $115,000–$165,000, with a blended work arrangement involving office, client-site, and virtual work.
