Definian is hiring a full-time, onsite Manager - Workday Data Migration in Hyderabad to lead data conversion workstreams for Workday implementations. The role owns scope, quality, delivery, cutover, and stabilization; manages and mentors data conversion and migration developers; develops custom solutions using Workday, SQL, PowerShell, Excel, and VBA; and coordinates with clients, system integrators, and cross-functional teams. Candidates need at least 10 years of Workday data migration experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 4 years of team leadership experience, and strong SQL and data quality skills.
