Description
Hertz is seeking a national Workers' Compensation and Return to Work Program Leader to oversee claims management, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, vendor oversight, complex claims and litigation, return-to-work outcomes, performance dashboards, risk analytics, and loss-control initiatives. The role reports to the Director, Risk Management and requires strong claims, reserving, compliance, vendor, analytical, project-management, and stakeholder-influence skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while an associate degree with at least five years of Workers' Compensation claims experience may be considered; the starting salary is $115,000.
