Description
DoorDash is hiring a Manager, Workforce Planning to lead 5-7 Workforce Planners, Schedulers, and Real Time Analysts across in-house and outsourced or vendor sites. The role owns capacity planning, scheduling coverage, KPI performance, staffing risk mitigation, forecasting accuracy, planning tools, and cross-functional alignment with business stakeholders. It offers an audience-facing track and a technical track, both requiring workforce management expertise, analytical skills, leadership, and experience with workforce management software.
