Alpha Alternatives is hiring a Workiva Manager to lead active client delivery and Workiva implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. The role manages scope, timelines, risks, budgets, stakeholders, consultants, and solution architects; translates reporting requirements into scalable Workiva solutions; supports Agile delivery, training, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support; and mentors consultants. Candidates need at least five years of consulting, financial systems, reporting transformation, or enterprise software implementation experience and three years of hands-on Workiva implementation experience. Compensation is estimated at $130,000–$160,000 USD for US-based hires and $150,000–$170,000 CAD for Toronto-based hires, with a variable bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
