GHD is hiring a Manager - Workplace Technology to own the end-user compute and digital workspace strategy and daily technology experience for its global workforce. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and sitting on the IS Leadership Team, the role leads three technology teams, establishes a digital employee experience measurement framework, manages device and virtual desktop estates, drives M365 Copilot adoption, and prepares the environment for AI agents and non-human identities. The position requires 10+ years of enterprise-scale end-user computing experience, deep expertise in device lifecycle, VDI/DaaS, and M365 administration, and Microsoft MD-102 and MS-102 certifications; it is based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane and supports hybrid work.
