The Manager, Yard Operations oversees safe and efficient yard operations at Port Liberty Bayonne, supervising ILA labor and yard operators, coordinating machinery and trucker activities, enforcing safety and standard operating procedures, maintaining labor relations, and resolving operational issues. The role requires rotating day, evening, and night shifts, outdoor work in varying weather and hazardous conditions, and a valid driver’s license, Pier Superintendent’s license, and TWIC card. Four-year college or maritime schooling and marine terminal or marine superintendent experience are preferred, and the position offers an annual salary of $54,054 to $81,082 plus bonus and benefits.
