Port Liberty is hiring a Manager, Yard Operations to supervise safe and efficient yard operations at its Bayonne terminal. The role coordinates yard activities with the ILA foreman, manages labor and union relations, ensures safety and standard operating procedures, balances yard machinery, resolves operational issues, and completes required documentation. The position requires rotating day, evening, and night shifts, outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and a valid driver’s license, Pier Superintendent’s license, and TWIC card. Four-year college or maritime schooling and marine terminal or marine superintendent experience are preferred, and the annual salary range is $55,676 to $83,514 plus bonus and benefits.
