Prospect Park Alliance is hiring a full-time Manager of Youth Development in Brooklyn, NY to lead and coordinate its youth development strategy, including youth employment, internships, apprenticeships, workforce development, leadership development, college access, and community partnerships. The role will work across internal teams and external partners to strengthen existing programs such as Park Youth Representatives and Woodlands Youth Crew, evaluate outcomes, expand pathways for young people, and support funding and reporting efforts. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong partnership-building and program evaluation skills, and familiarity with HR/people systems and office technologies.
