Red Bull New York is hiring a Youth Program Partnership Manager to manage and grow youth soccer partnerships in Northern New Jersey and Westchester. The role oversees program operations, sales, renewals, marketing, regional coaching staff, client relationships, budgeting, and the development of a Youth Program Coordinator. It requires extensive commercial sales, account management, youth-sports industry knowledge, budgeting, and on-field coaching experience, along with extensive regional travel and varying schedules. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 plus commission and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
