Description
Oneida Professional Services is seeking a full-time Managerial and Supervisor Training (M&ST) Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, Alabama. The role designs, delivers, and evaluates supervisory and leadership training; conducts needs assessments; supports ADDIE instructional systems design; facilitates virtual, blended, and resident training; maintains instructional materials; and prepares training metrics. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or approved equivalency, online LMS instruction experience, supervisory or management teaching experience, in-person instruction experience, and completion of the Academic Instructor Course. Federal civilian or Department of the Air Force experience, an advanced degree, and adult-learning curriculum development experience are preferred. The position is contingent upon award of a federal contract.
