Description
The Managerial Consultant V, Risk Adjustment Strategy & Performance leads the development, implementation, and optimization of risk adjustment strategy and performance initiatives, with a focus on Medicaid. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders, drives business strategy and prioritization, manages complex projects and programs, leads change management and performance assessments, develops requirements and business cases, and presents recommendations to executive leadership. It also includes vendor management, compliance monitoring, and coaching and development of team members.
