Auld & White Constructors is hiring Managers In Training to support commercial construction projects across Northeast Florida. The role assists the Project Manager with scheduling, client and architect relations, change orders, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, progress meetings, commissioning, punch-list inspections, and warranty follow-up. Applicants need a four-year college degree in Building Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, 1–3 years of commercial construction experience including internships, and strong communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.
