Description
statworx is hiring a Technical Lead for NLP and Generative AI to act as a subject-matter expert and force multiplier across multiple projects. The role owns end-to-end technical concepts, customer-facing technical communication, larger customer projects, and mentoring of less experienced team members while developing scalable NLP and generative AI systems. It requires at least seven years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of LLM frameworks, agent systems, RAG, fine-tuning, cloud architectures, MLOps, and Python, along with fluent German and English. The position is based in statworx’s Frankfurt office, with regular remote work and up to four weeks per year abroad permitted.
