Description
The Cayman National Cultural Foundation (CNCF) is seeking a full-time Managing Director to lead the nonprofit cultural organization in preserving and developing Caymanian cultural and artistic expression. Reporting to the CNCF Board, the role oversees strategy, operations, marketing, human resources, finance, fundraising, artistic and programmatic direction, stakeholder relations, government representation, compliance, and organizational culture. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in arts, business administration, accounting, or a related field, at least five years of senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, charitable, or cultural organization, and a proven record of organization-wide fundraising and revenue generation.
