GRÜN IT Group GmbH is seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead the after-sales service and technical services operation of a company with around 60 employees and two locations. The role combines active sales, customer acquisition, account expansion, contract negotiations, operational management, service-process development, KPI and controlling systems, and employee leadership. The Managing Director will work closely with management and shareholders, travel regularly between the two German locations, and may also travel in the DACH and EU environments for customer appointments.
