AT-PAC is hiring a Managing Director to lead its Mexico organization through growth, professionalization, and organizational development. Reporting to the Regional Director Latin America, the role owns the country P&L, commercial performance, operational execution, compliance, and people leadership. Responsibilities include developing profitable revenue growth, expanding the customer base, managing commercial and operational processes, overseeing warehouse and rental assets, leading budgeting and forecasting, and building a customer-focused, high-performing organization. The role requires at least 8 years of leadership experience in commercial, business management, or operations within scaffolding, construction, industrial equipment, or related sectors, along with strong negotiation, strategic decision-making, Spanish, and English skills.
