Penta Group is hiring a Managing Director to join its Washington, D.C. office and lead public affairs, crisis communications, litigation communications, campaign management, client strategy, project success, and team leadership. The role requires 12–16 years of relevant communications or policy experience, including 10+ years leading multiple teams, and offers a base salary of $205,000–$270,000 annually plus an annual incentive bonus. The position is based in the greater Washington, D.C. area, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
