Description
The Managing Director will lead the long-term strategy and financial performance of the Antwerp Convention Bureau, taking full P&L responsibility and managing human and financial resources. The role includes coaching and developing the team, maintaining relationships with government and industry stakeholders, reporting to the Executive Board, representing the organization publicly, expanding international networks, and leading organizational development. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent, senior management experience, strong PR and stakeholder-management skills, hospitality or senior business marketing and sales experience, Dutch and English communication skills, and a commitment to being present in Antwerp while traveling internationally.
