Dlubal Software is hiring an Australian Country Manager to establish and expand its Australian subsidiary. The role owns the market-specific sales strategy, customer acquisition, local team leadership, trade-fair and industry representation, government and association relations, budget and legal compliance, and reporting of sales KPIs and market feedback. Candidates need civil engineering studies, at least seven years of relevant experience, knowledge of the Australian construction software market, strong English skills, entrepreneurial initiative, and willingness to travel regularly within Australia and occasionally to Germany.
