Description
All In One Accounting is hiring a Managing Director to own and lead its combined Construction and Manufacturing practice, including both P&Ls and CFO teams. The role leads a combined team of CFOs, manages client portfolios and escalations, sets accounting quality standards, drives growth and service expansion, develops strategic partnerships, and reports on practice performance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 12–15+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience, and expertise in either construction accounting or manufacturing accounting. The position offers a base salary of $175,000–$200,000 plus a performance bonus and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
