Description
The Managing Director, Development will lead Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Office of Development and Alumni Relations fundraising team, including principal and major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, prospect cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and multi-year fundraising strategy. The role manages and develops direct reports, partners with school leadership and university-wide development partners, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least 15 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with increasing team-management responsibility. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, may include hybrid work, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
