PLUS Communications is hiring a Managing Director to lead integrated digital strategies for complex public affairs and advocacy clients, advise senior stakeholders, oversee account growth and new business, manage multiple client engagements, and develop and mentor a high-performing team. The role requires extensive experience in digital marketing, public affairs, public relations, or political campaign work, including agency experience, strategic writing, digital and social media campaign execution, AI process improvement, and team leadership. The budgeted salary is $140,000 with a year-end bonus opportunity and medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance benefits; the work environment is hybrid with work-from-home options.
