PLUS Communications is hiring a Managing Director to lead its digital practice and advise high-profile public affairs clients. The role oversees integrated digital strategy, client relationships and growth, digital advertising performance, cross-functional campaign delivery, and the leadership and development of a high-performing team. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, including agency experience in public affairs or public relations, advanced writing and AP Style editing skills, digital and social campaign expertise, AI tools experience, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management abilities. The position is hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, with a budgeted salary of $140,000 plus potential year-end bonus and benefits.
