Managing Director, Government Relations - Legislative Branch at Hadrian

Hadrian is hiring a Legislative Branch Government Relations Manager to own congressional relationships, legislative strategy, congressional outreach, defense budget and NDAA matters, and external lobbying consultants. The role manages a Legislative Branch team, coordinates with government affairs leadership, represents Hadrian at hearings and briefings, and maintains nonpartisan relationships across the political spectrum. Candidates should have congressional staff and corporate government affairs experience, legislative drafting and stakeholder engagement experience, strong communication skills, and current or immediately eligible federal lobbyist registration; national security clearance eligibility is also required. The target salary is $224,000-$260,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), equity, and other benefits.
