AIP Connect is hiring a Managing Director, Integrated Media to serve as a senior leader on the agency's Senior Leadership Team reporting to the CEO. The role owns new business, represents the agency externally, holds the most significant Integrated Media client relationships, partners with network and external agencies, provides thought leadership, mentors VPs and Directors, and oversees the discipline's commercial health. It requires 15+ years of senior client-services, strategic-planning, or general-management experience, including agency new-business ownership, external representation, board-level experience, commercial negotiation, and integrated-media expertise. The role is hybrid, with employees expected to attend the office three days per week.
