Description

West Monroe is seeking a Managing Director / Partner to lead and grow their Data & AI practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client-facing technology consulting, particularly in data and AI systems, and will possess strong technical capabilities in modern data platform architecture, AI/ML engineering, and agentic systems. This role involves shaping how clients think about operational intelligence, translating business problems into solutions, and driving business development and market leadership.
