Description
OpenFn is hiring a full-time contractor Managing Director, Services to lead the delivery organization responsible for government and NGO implementations, expert-days, capacity building, and the transition to a subscription-shaped delivery model. The role reports to the CEO, leads the Services leadership team, supports scoping and deal negotiations, advises on technical and implementation strategy, owns portfolio financial accountability, and helps design the new delivery operating model. It is remote across Africa and Europe time zones, with at least one international trip per quarter, and requires 12+ years of technical or professional services delivery experience, including public-sector technology experience and team leadership.
