Dlubal Software is hiring a Singapore Country Manager to establish and expand its subsidiary, develop a market-specific sales strategy, acquire customers, manage client relationships, recruit and lead local sales, marketing, and customer success teams, represent the company at industry events, and oversee budget, controlling, and legal compliance in Singapore. The role requires civil engineering studies, at least seven years of relevant experience, knowledge of the Singaporean construction software market, strong English skills, entrepreneurial initiative, and willingness to travel regularly within Singapore and occasionally to Germany.
