Description
The Managing Legal Assistant will supervise and mentor Legal Assistants and other administrative staff, coordinate hiring and training, oversee client-service quality, support case management systems, maintain an assigned caseload, and provide direct legal representation and outreach for men and women in ICE custody and some released clients. The role reports to the Adult Legal Program Manager or Associate Adult Legal Program Manager, requires two years of relevant professional experience, fluency or advanced proficiency in Spanish, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. It is a full-time position with annual compensation of $64,459.20 to $84,068.22 DOE and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
