FLF is hiring a full-time, on-site Managing Litigation Attorney in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico to lead and optimize its litigation department. The role oversees litigation workflows, SOPs, case progression, team performance, KPIs, dashboards, audits, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives, while partnering with attorneys, legal staff, operations, technology, and executive leadership. Candidates must be licensed attorneys with strong litigation experience, 5–7+ years of leadership experience, experience managing 15–20 or more legal professionals, advanced Filevine or similar case-management experience, and strong analytical, organizational, project-management, and communication skills.
