The role combines technical delivery leadership, architecture and solution design, recruitment and team development, risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8–12 years of professional experience in management consulting for insurance or banking, digital and data capabilities, cloud architecture knowledge, and a track record of building successful teams. The position starts in Thailand and expands to APAC.
