Description
Seven Retail is hiring a Mandarin Teacher Trainer (Associate) to design and deliver teacher onboarding and development programs, coach teachers through observations and actionable feedback, create teaching and best-practice materials, identify capability gaps, support curriculum implementation, and evaluate training effectiveness. The role requires a bachelor's degree in education, Mandarin/Chinese studies, linguistics, or a related field; at least three years of relevant teaching or teacher-training experience; strong Mandarin and English communication skills; knowledge of pedagogy, classroom management, age-appropriate learning, facilitation, coaching, and teaching observation. Experience in education institutions, learning centers, or teacher development programs is preferred.
