Description
The Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Support Engineer will provide L2/L3 production support for recently productionized distribution centers, including incident management, application troubleshooting, inventory and warehouse-process support, integration troubleshooting, SCI reporting, and coordination with Manhattan and cross-functional teams. The role is onsite in Atlanta for 100% of the workweek, lasts six months and is extendable, and pays $60–$63 per hour on W2/C2C. Required capabilities include MAWM production support, warehouse operations, MIF integration troubleshooting, REST APIs, SQL, log analysis, and SCI reporting; robotics, WCS/MHE, monitoring tools, and 24x7 support experience are preferred.
