Description
The Manheim Production Tech supports LCBC’s Manheim campus by preparing, maintaining, and operating audio, video, and lighting systems for weekend services, student gatherings, weddings, funerals, graduations, and other campus events. The role also recruits, trains, and leads volunteer technology teams, coordinates tech support, maintains AVL systems, and collaborates with production staff. It requires professional AVL knowledge, live-production troubleshooting, physical equipment handling, leadership, and alignment with LCBC’s mission and values.
