MANTECH is hiring a full-time Manpower, Personnel, and Training Program (MPTP) Analyst in Stafford, Virginia, to support Marine Corps capability development. The role involves creating MPTP analysis reports, developing and staffing MPTP plans, interpreting training data, reviewing system programmatic documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining training documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of progressively responsible MPTP analytics experience, TFSMS and MCTIMS experience, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. The projected compensation range is $87,600 to $145,700, with health insurance and other benefits available.
