Description
The Packaging Operator reports to a Lead Person or Packaging Supervisor and operates manual and automated packaging equipment such as fillers, balers, labelers, palletizers, heat sealers, and robotic bag placers. The role also performs manual packaging tasks, equipment setup and inspection, product sampling, quality documentation, inventory checks, and safety procedures. Candidates must pass pre-employment tests, follow standard operating procedures, understand safety and quality systems, and be able to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment.
