Description
The Manual Press Operator installs threaded inserts into carbon fiber plates and manufactured components using manual press equipment, following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The role includes inspecting finished components, measuring with calipers and gauges, maintaining production records, reporting defects, performing routine equipment maintenance, and following safety and housekeeping procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing, assembly, manual press, and threaded-insert experience is preferred.
