Description
The Manufacturing Team Lead supports a supervisor in managing hourly employees, coaching and mentoring team members, coordinating production priorities, resolving product-flow issues, defining manufacturing processes, and providing technical guidance on fixtures, tooling, and equipment. The role requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of welding, machining, and NDE techniques, and the ability to interpret complex work instructions. It is an on-site position in Fort Payne, Alabama, with no travel required, and pays $26–$30 per hour with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
