Description
Bosch is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer at its Toluca plant to plan, develop, update, and optimize manufacturing methods and processes for assigned production lines. The role leads continuous improvement and problem-solving, reduces downtime, maintains production documentation and tooling, develops quality-assurance processes, and improves scrap and failure-cost targets. Candidates need an Industrial, Mechanic, or Mechatronic engineering degree, 1–3 years of automotive-industry experience, advanced English, and knowledge of lean manufacturing, 8D problem solving, and core quality tools.
