Description
Standard Bots is hiring a Manufacturing & Process Engineering Manager to own robot manufacturing processes from initial design through continuous improvement. The role leads DFM reviews, fixtures, tooling, automation, quality, throughput, documentation, and metrics; manages and grows a 3–4 engineer team; and reports to the Head of Manufacturing. It is based in Glen Cove, New York, with on-site work five days per week, and offers a base salary of $165,000 to $200,000 plus stock options and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
