Description
Standard Bots is hiring a Manufacturing & Process Engineering Manager to own robot manufacturing processes from initial process design through continuous improvement. The role leads DFM reviews, fixtures, tooling, automation opportunities, quality and throughput improvements, process documentation, and a small team of 3–4 engineers. It is a player-coach position reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, with on-site work in Glen Cove, New York, five days per week. The role requires at least seven years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, including two years managing engineers in a hardware environment, and offers a base salary of $165,000 to $200,000 plus stock options and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
