Description
The client is seeking a Manufacturing and Process Optimization Engineer to improve the stability, reliability, quality, and output of demanding production processes. The role involves analyzing equipment, product, and process deviations; developing root-cause and corrective actions; optimizing manufacturing operations; supporting new-product ramp-up and process introductions; collaborating with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments; maintaining technical documentation; and supporting audits and improvement projects. Candidates need a relevant engineering or technical degree or equivalent training, experience with complex production processes, knowledge of statistical analysis and root-cause methods, strong analytical and communication skills, and very good German and good English.
